Joyce L. Winters, 81 of Bellefonte and formerly of Osceola Mills died Friday, Aug. 10, 2012 at the Centre Crest Nursing Home in Bellefonte.
Miss Winters was born June 5, 1931 to the late Willard A. and Della B. (Stone) Winters in Decatur Township. She was a member of the Ashland Wesleyan Church in Osceola Mills.
Miss Winters is survived by two sisters, Shirley Duez of Toronto, Ontario and Norma Miller of Bellefonte.
The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Heath Funeral Home, Osceola Mills, with the Rev. E Joseph Rohrbacker and the Rev. Arlene A. Rohrbacker officiating. Burial will be at the I.O.O.F Cemetery in Brisbin.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Tuesday and from 10 a.m. until the time of services Wednesday at the funeral home.
