The 69th class of the Clearfield County Career and Technology Center’s (CCCTC) Practical Nursing Program graduated 30 students Tuesday. The commencement speaker was nursing instructor Sharon Kinney.Â
Cheryl Krieg, simulation coordinator, presented the graduates and Lois Richards, CCCTC executive director, awarded diplomas. Nursing pins were awarded by Kinney and academic awards were presented by Elsie Maurer, nursing program director.Â
Kimmy Rupp was recognized for maintaining the highest grade point average. Jessica Luzier was recognized for having the second highest. Patricia McKnight, nursing instructor, led the graduates in reciting the Practical Nursing pledge. The farewell address was provided by Charles Deck
