Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

An incident of theft/access device fraud was reported Tuesday by a Port Matilda man who told police an unauthorized purchase was made online with his credit card. The incident remains under investigation at this time. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Philipsburg-based state police at 814-342-3370.
An incident of harassment occurred at 9:25 p.m. Monday on South Front Street in Philipsburg Borough. A 16-year-old Philipsburg boy and a 25-year-old Osceola Mills woman engaged in an argument that became physical. The two allegedly threatened each other with the woman pushing the boy. Both were cited for harassment through the district court.
