RUSH TOWNSHIP – An incident of arson occurred at the recycling bins located at the Rush Township Building sometime between 10:30 p.m. and 10:45 p.m. July 22, the Philipsburg-based state police reported.
A person(s) ignited a recycling bin, which was full of paper. Local fire companies extinguished the fire. Damage is estimated at $1,000, state police said. Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact the Philipsburg-based state police at 814-342-3370.
