Someone broke a pain out of a window and opened the door of a residence Friday in Treasure Lake. Officers checked the home and didn’t find any additional damage.
On Friday, a vehicle driven by a 40-year-old DuBois woman wasn’t able to stop to avoid hitting a vehicle driven by a 51-year-old Dubois woman who was stopped in traffic at the intersection of Blinker Parkway and Watson Highway. No injuries were reported and both vehicles were driven from the scene.
On Friday, a 7-year-old child was allegedly left alone at a Wilson Avenue residence. When arrived and spoke to the homeowner, they didn’t find any children.
Wing Street employees reported Friday that there was a woman who had a small child in the restaurant. The woman appeared to be under the influence. Officers spoke to the woman and found that she was exhausted.

On Saturday, a 66-year-old DuBois man was distracted while he was turning onto Interstate 80 from the Bee Line Highway. He turned into the path of a vehicle driven by a 19-year-old Ohio woman, causing the two to collide. The woman and her passenger were taken to the DuBois Regional Medical Center for minor injuries.
On Saturday, a 21-year-old Reynoldsville man lost control of his vehicle on Sikes Street Extension, causing it to exit the roadway and overturn onto its roof. The man then fled the scene before returning while officers were investigating the accident. The man admitted he had been drinking. After failing field sobriety testing, he was transported to the DRMC for a legal blood draw and treatment of minor injuries. Charges are pending.
An Atlanta Georgia woman reported Saturday that someone damaged her vehicle, while it was parked at the Holiday Inn Express.
On Saturday, police received a report about a FedEx truck that was abandoned in the Clyde Ferarro Co. parking lot. Officers found the truck with the door open and keys on the dash. The truck was secured; FedEx was contacted.
On Saturday, a vehicle driven by a 34-year-old St. Mary’s woman was struck, while she was traveling on Bee Line Highway by a vehicle turning onto I-80.
A vehicle owned by a Penfield man was found parked at the entrance of Morning Side Cemetery on Saturday. It was missing one tire and the other three were flat. The investigation continues at this time.
Police received a report about a theft of a TV stand from Big Lots on Saturday. The party was later located with the stand. The investigation continues at this time.
On Sunday, police responded to a McClane Avenue residence for a reported domestic dispute between a 38- year-old woman and her 52-year-old boyfriend. The dispute was just verbal in nature and police handled the situation without incident.
A 21-year-old DuBois man reported Sunday that someone damaged his vehicle while it was parked at Isabella’s.
Police investigated several 911 hang-up calls Sunday from a Forest Avenue residence. The calls were accidental.
