RUSH TOWNSHIP – Penelec had utility poles burglarized along Hemlock and Walnut streets between 11 p.m. July 22 and 6 a.m. July 23 in Rush Township, the Philipsburg-based state police reported.
A person(s) cut the grounding wire from utility poles, state police said. Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact the Philipsburg-based state police at 814-342-3370.
