A hit-and-run accident was reported to police; however, it was actually a minor accident. Police gathered information and completed an accident reported. No injuries were reported; both vehicles were driven from the scene.
A domestic disturbance was reported in Hyde, and police handled the incident at the scene. The involved parties were separated for the night, and police cleared without further incident.

An attempted theft is currently being investigated by police. A known suspect attempted to pass a check that belonged to a deceased person. Police are obtaining copies of surveillance video, and charges are pending. The investigation is continuing and additional charges may be forthcoming.
