Police Report: Clearfield PSP

An incident of theft of services occurred from 12:01 a.m. April 25 to 12 a.m. July 17 on Sanborn Road in Decatur Township. Someone obtained power from Penelec after it was disconnected. The investigation is ongoing.
An incident of harassment occurred at 7:25 p.m. Tuesday in Chester Hill Borough. A 25-year-old Pleasant Gap man allegedly threatened to physically harm a 36-year-old Philipsburg woman over the phone. Charges of harassment have been filed through the district court.
An incident of disorderly conduct occurred at 8:40 p.m. Tuesday in Chester Hill Borough. Two Philipsburg adults engaged in a loud verbal argument and used obscene language. Charges of disorderly conduct have been filed against both through the district court.
