GIRARD TOWNSHIP – The investigation is continuing into an incident of burglary that occurred sometime between 8 a.m. July 11 and 4 p.m. July 16 at the Lecontes Mills Fire Hall in Girard Township, the Clearfield-based state police reported.
A person(s) entered the fire hall after forcing open the front entrance door. Once inside, they stole two Stihl chain saws, approximately six brass fittings and a fire hydrant wrench. The total value of the stolen items is $1,575.
