On Wednesday, a 60-year-old Treasure Lake man lost control of his vehicle on Treasure Lake Road. His vehicle exited the roadway and struck some landscaping before coming to rest near a residence. The driver was transported to the DuBois Regional Medical Center for evaluation. His vehicle was disabled and towed from the scene.
On Wednesday, a 61-year-old DuBois man was traveling on state Route 219 near Pilot. He pulled from a traffic light and struck a vehicle driven by an 87-year-old Brockway man. Moderate damage and no injuries were reported.
A Pacific Avenue resident reported Wednesday that their neighbor was drinking outside and yelling at another neighbor. The suspect was gone upon officers arrival.
Two vehicles were involved in a minor accident near the fuel pumps Thursday at the Falls Creek Sheetz. No injuries were reported.
A false alarm was reported Thursday at DuBois Feeds.
On Thursday, Wal-Mart employees reported having video of a male and female who were taking $329.54 worth of merchandise without paying for them. The investigation continues at this time.
Officers responded to a domestic dispute at a Salada Road residence Thursday. While in route to the home, officers located the 24-year-old male involved in the situation and pulled him over. The dispute was about the car he was driving. The male agreed to take the vehicle back to his girlfriend’s residence. The situation was resolved without incident.
A 58-year-old Murray Road man reported Thursday that his neighbor filed two shots at him. Upon investigation it was determined the 53-year-old man was firing at a ground hog on his property. The situation was resolved without incident.
A 69-year-old DuBois man reported Thursday that someone attempted to break into his rental property on South Brady Street. The investigation continues at this time.
