WOODWARD TOWNSHIP – A 35-year-old Houtzdale man is facing charges of burglary, simple assault, harassment and criminal mischief for an incident that occurred at 9 p.m. July 14 at a Pine Street residence in Woodward Township, the Clearfield-based state police reported.
The man allegedly ran into a 33-year-old Houtzdale woman’s residence and assaulted a 51-year-old Morann man. Then, he allegedly became physical with the woman before fleeing the scene.
