BRISBIN – A 40-year-old Brisbin man was jailed after violating a protection from abuse order at approximately 6:30 a.m. Tuesday in Brisbin Borough, the Clearfield-based state police reported.
The man allegedly violated the PFA order by entering a Reed Street property. He was apprehended and arraigned before Magisterial District Judge James Hawkins, Houtzdale.
Hawkins set the accused’s bail at $10,000 straight. He was transported and lodged at the Clearfield County Jail. The man’s case is waiting a civil hearing regarding the charges filed against the accused.
