Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

A 41-year-old Philipsburg woman allegedly spun her vehicle tires on a gravel roadway at 9:05 p.m. Monday on Martin Street in Rush Township. A non-traffic citation for disorderly conduct will be filed before Magisterial District Judge Allen W. Sinclair.
