Police responded to Williams Street for a noise complaint where the individual agreed to turn down the noise.
Police located an open door to a local business. The business was searched and secured by police.
Police received a report of a broken water line along East Pine Street.
Police were called to an East End residence for a subject that was attempting to harm themselves. Prior to police arrival, the male ran out the back door of the residence. Police located the male a short time later. He was transported to the Clearfield Hospital for evaluation.
