- A disturbance on the 700 block of West Long Avenue was reported.
- A 40 year old Falls Creek man who was found to be huffing duster struck a vehicle on Beaver Drive, then fled the scene. He struck another vehicle on East DuBois Avenue, then fled that scene. He drove into the parking lot of DuBois Logistics on Beaver Drive and struck signs, fencing and other items, before driving off of an embankment and into a marshy area. He was uninjured and charges are pending.
- A 35 year old Dubois man was operating a Geo Tracker on First Street when a mechanical failure caused the vehicle to overturn end-over-end. A 44 year old Punxsutawney woman was ejected from the passenger seat. Both were taken to the hospital by ambulance. Police were assisted at the scene by the Sandy Township Police Department, DuBois City Fire Department and DuBois Emergency Medical Services.

- A DuBois woman was arrested for domestic violence after she struck her father in the face with a cell phone.
