On Wednesday, officers received reported someone contact them for services and the vehicle appeared to have been in an accident. Upon speaking to witnesses, officers determined that the vehicle was owned by a 23-year-old Sykesville woman. It had been in an accident near Hanzely’s Nursery and was driven into their parking lot by a man who told them not to call police. The investigation is continuing at this time.
A 26-year-old Grampian woman reported Wednesday that a 62-year-old Dubois woman opened her car door in the Joann Fabrics parking lot and hit the mirror of her car, causing minor damage.
