HENDERSON TOWNSHIP – A 21-year-old Arcadia man has been accused of raping a 14-year-old girl sometime between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. April 11 in Henderson Township, the DuBois-based state police reported last night.
The accused, Christopher Aaron Fry, 21, of Aradia has been charged with rape, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors, indecent assault and selling or furnishing to minors.
Fry was apprehended on an arrest warrant. His bail was set at $50,000 straight. He failed to make bail and has been placed in the Jefferson County Jail.
No further information was provided in the state police report. His preliminary hearing has been scheduled for 11 a.m. June 29, according to court documents.
