Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

On Tuesday, a 26-inch GIANT bicycle was found along North Seventh Street in Philipsburg Borough. The bicycle has several aftermarket add-ons. Its owner is asked to contact the Philipsburg-based state police at 814-342-3370 with a full description of the bicycle. The owner may possibly need the serial number to claim it.
