An incident of burglary/theft of prescription medication occurred sometime between 4:30 p.m. and 7:45 p.m. June 14 at a Lilac Lane residence in Warsaw Township. A 32-year-old Brockway man, Timothy Michael Myers, reported that a person(s) entered his residence and removed various prescription medications.
During the initial response, state police determined that Myers was a fugitive from justice. Myers reportedly eluded police by fleeing on foot. An active, outstanding bench warrant, which was issued by Elk County, exists for Myers.
