Police Report: PSP Philipsburg

Police responded to Fullington Auto Bus Company for a report of criminal mischief that was alleged to have occurred to one of their buses while dropping of students on Miller Road, Rush Township. The driver reported to the manager that while on the bus run, a man came out of the woods and hit the side of the bus with a piece of wood, then fled the scene. The bus was inspected, and it was determined to have been sideswiped by a large object.
Police are investigating a report of sexual assault in Port Matilda. A known man reportedly sexually assaulted a 42 year old Port Matilda woman and served alcohol to an 18 year old Port Matilda man.
