1. Officers served a warrant for aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangering, and several summary offenses on a 35 year old Clearfield man. The man allegedly assaulted his wife on June 10 at their apartment on Bigler Avenue. The man was arraigned by the on-duty magistrate and could not post bail. He was incarcerated at the Clearfield County Jail.
2. Officers were called to Margaretta Street for a reported burglary. Police found two men from Clearfield on the front porch of a residence. The owner of the residence was out of town. One of the men on the porch was wanted by Decatur Township police. He was taken into custody and turned over to the DTPD. Trespass charges are pending further investigation.
3. Officers were called to a West Side residence for an report of harassment.
4. Police were called for assistance with a civil issue.
5. Police responded to the apartments on Reed Street for a disturbance. The two individuals where advised of the complaint and they separated for the night.
6. Police received a report of suspicious person on Turnpike Avenue. The individuals where gone prior to police arrival.
7. Police received a parking complaint on East Pine Street. A vehicle was parked on private property. The vehicle was
ticketed.
8. Police received a complaint of trespassing at the Hill Crest Cemetery. A known Clearfield man was served notice that he was not permitted on the property in the past. The man was observed by the caretaker of the Cemetery walking on the property yesterday evening.
9. Police assisted Penelec and the fire department with a power outage on South Fourth Street.
