Jeffrey S. Christine, 51 of Osceola Mills, passed away on June 10, 2012 in Osceola Mills.
Born Nov. 7, 1960, he was the son of Shirley Christine of Tyrone and the late Daniel Christine.
He was a member of the Light House Evangelical Church of West Decatur. He was the owner and operator of Christene Logging in Osceola Mills. He graduated from Tyrone High School, class of 1978.
On July 6, 1993, he wed Sally A. (Hoopsick) Christine. She survives at home.
He was preceded in death by his father.
He is survived by grandchildren Madison and Murry Lonesky, Ava and Jace Reams, Christiona and Jessica Reese, Jaylyn and Jessa Grassmyer; nieces Kara Jo Christine, Morgan Ann Barr, Kasie Lee Christine and numerous other nieces and nephews.
He is also survived by daughters Mindi Reams and her husband Thomas of Cheyenne, WY, Shawna Lonesky and her husband Murry of Osceola Mills, Ashley Thompson of Osceola Mills, Jessica Reese and her husband Christopher of Roaring Springs and Angela Grassmyer and her husband Jesse of Tyrone; sisters Deborah McClellan and her husband John of Tyrone and Penny Ann Barr and her husband Ahmad Bin Adi of the United Arab Emirates; brothers Daniel Christine and his wife Kay of Tyrone, John Christine and his wife Diane of Huntingdon, Dell Christine and his wife Karen of Fort Indiantown Gap, Ted Christine of Tyrone and Bradley Christine.
Services will be held on June 14 at 7 p.m. at the Heath Funeral Home in Osceola Mills with the Rev. Steve Millinder officiating. Burial will be at Bald Eagle Cemetery in Tyrone. Visitation will be on Thursday from 1-3 p.m. and 6 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
