Police Report: Ridgway PSP

An incident of criminal trespass occurred at 3 p.m. Thursday on Ash Street in Jay Township, Elk County. A Known 16-year-old Force boy allegedly entered the above address, even though he knew he wasn’t privileged to do so. Charges will be filed through the district court.
An incident of burglary occurred sometime between 7 a.m. Thursday and 5 p.m. Friday on Ash Street in Jay Township, Elk County. A known 16-year-old Force boy gained access through an unlocked door and removed an Xbox 360 game system. Charges are to be filed against the boy through the district court.
An incident of retail theft occurred at 5:30 p.m. Saturday at the Wal-Mart store in Fox Township, Elk County. Two Johnsonburg women attempted to remove numerous items and to deprive the merchant of the possessions without paying the full retail value. Charges will be filed against both women through the district court.
