- An incident of criminal trespass occurred at approximately 9:30 p.m. May 29 on the Catty Nine Trail in Huston Township, Centre County. A juvenile was on a 33-year-old Julian woman’s property without permission. Charges will be filed through the district court.
- An incident of criminal mischief occurred sometime between 12 p.m. May 28 and 12 p.m. May 30 at Julian Auto Sales in Huston Township, Centre County. Someone damaged two windshields. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Philipsburg-based state police at 814-342-3370.
- An incident of burglary/theft by unlawful taking occurred sometime between 6 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. May 29 on Silverdale Road in Huston Township, Centre County. Someone stole prescription medication from a 31-year-old Julian man. The investigation is ongoing at this time. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Philipsburg-based state police at 814-342-3370.
- An incident of underage drinking occurred at 9:30 p.m. May 27 on Lochlomond Street in Rush Township, Centre County. A traffic stop was conducted and it was determined that a 17-year-old Morrisdale boy was under the influence of alcohol. A non-traffic citation for underage consumption and multiple summary traffic citations were filed through the district court.
- An incident of retail theft occurred sometime between 9 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. May 28 at the Dollar General Store in Philipsburg Borough, Centre County. A Philipsburg male stole two items valued at $7.42. He was arrested for retail theft and processed at the state police barracks. He was issued a citation and released.
