CLEARFIELD – Charges are pending against a student found to be under the influence of a controlled substance.
According to the Lawrence Township Police Department, officers were called to the Clearfield County Career and Technology Center for a report of a student under the influence an unknown substance. Officers arrived, made contact with the student and teacher, and it was found the student was under the influence of a controlled substance. Police reported he also had drug paraphernalia.
