Danny R. Dixon, 59 of Frenchville, passed away on May 27, 2012 at his home.
Born Oct. 4, 1952, he was the son of the late Herman and Leora (Kephart) Dixon.
He was United Methodist by faith. He was a former bus driver for the former Laid Law School Bus Company in Clearfield.
On Nov. 6, 1976, he wed Martha (Valimont) Dixon in LeContes Mills. She preceded him in death on April 7, 1994.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, brother John Dixon and sister Bess Dixon.
He is survived by grandson Anthony Hampton of Clearfield; brother-in-law Paul Meeker of Kylertown; nieces Leanne Phillips and her husband Dave of Osceola Mills, Paula Vangar, Holly Walters and Shannon Meeker; great-nephews Ethan and Shayde Phillips; daughter Michelle Hampton and her husband Dale of Clearfield; and sister Linda Meeker of Falls Creek.
There will be no funeral services. Burial will be at Gillingham Cemetery in LeContes Mills. There will be no viewing.
