- A 30-year-old Punxsutawney woman was distracted while approaching the intersection of Shaffer Road and state Route 255 and rear ended a vehicle driven by a 38-year-old DuBois man. The woman was injured and taken to DRMC for treatment.
- False alarm at a Fallen Timber residence.
- Officers responded to a large fight in progress at Wal-Mart.
- A 31-year-old Hanes Drive man was traveling on SR 255 and hit another vehicle that was stopped for traffic, then left the scene. The man was located at the Clearview Camp Grounds. He was taken to DRMC for a legal blood draw. Charges pending.

- A DuBois woman reported that her vehicle was hit and damaged while it was parked in the Kmart parking lot.
- Witnesses saw a Fed Ex truck pull wires and a utility pole down on Chestnut Ave.then leave the scene. Investigation continues.
- An 83-year-old DuBois man will be cited for violating a burning permit by burning several items that were not listed on the permit.
- Officers responded to a report of a possible dispute at a Country Place residence. A 33-year-old man was yelling and screaming then put his arm through a window in the residence. Upon arrival officers located the man hiding in his residence. He appeared highly intoxicated and refused medical treatment for his injuries.
- Officers investigated a complaint regarding four-wheelers traveling at a high rate of speed on Barnoff Road. The offenders were gone upon officers arrival.
- Officers responded to a reported domestic disturbance at a Holiday Lane residence. The dispute was verbal and officers handled the situation without incident.
- Officers responded to domestic dispute between a 35-year-old Carson Avenue man and his 28-year-old girlfriend. The woman scratched and bit the man and the man hit and bit the woman, after a verbal argument that ensued after a night of drinking. Both will be charged.
- A Treasure Lake woman reported that someone hit the drivers door of her vehicle while it was parked in the Lowe’s parking lot then left the scene.
- Officers responded to a Dixon Avenue residence for a domestic dispute. The situation was handled without incident.
- Treasure Lake residents reported that a pick up truck was driving through yards causing damage. Upon arrival officers located the truck and watched Elijah David Hollenbaugh, 24 of Punxsutawney, continue driving through yards, then flee the scene. Hollenbaugh refused to stop for officers and was traveling at high rates of speed throughTreasureLake. He attempted to go around a Police vehicle and hit the guide rail and the cruiser, then attempted to pass another police vehicle, causing him to travel off the road, and blow out a front tire. He continued on Bay Road, causing another vehicle to drive off the road. Hollenbaugh then pulled off the road and attempted to flee the scene on foot, but then turned around and surrendered to police. He was taken into custody, transported to DRMC for a legal blood draw, which he refused. He was then transported to CCJ and was arraigned on charges of Aggravated Assault, General Impairment, Fleeing and Eluding Police, Reckless Driving, and Criminal Mischief. The passenger in the vehicle gave a statement and was released.
