CURWENSVILLE – The Curwensville Golden Tide baseball team had a 3-1 lead over Moshannon Valley Wednesday afternoon in the top of the fourth inning with one out, when the game was halted due to rain.
No make-up date is planned at this time.
Also, the Curwensville Lady Tide and Elk County Catholic game was rained out Wednesday.
The Golden Tide will play DuBois Central Catholic, Thursday, in DuBois, at 4:15 pm. The Cardinals defeated the Tide in the first game of the season 8-5 in Curwensville.
The Lady Tide will also be on the road Thursday, traveling to Brockway for a 4:15 pm contest.
