Bernadine “Louise” Wray, age 84, of DuBois, died May 14, 2012 at the DuBois Regional Medical Center.
Born Feb. 4, 1928 in Plumville, PA, she was the daughter of the late Marlin & Irene (Sink) Lukehart.
She was married to Melvin Walter “Booby” Wray. He preceded her in death on Oct. 9, 1992.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of Lakeside United Methodist Church where she was active in church affairs. She was a past member of “Little R. Club” through Rockwell International. She was a past volunteer for the American Cancer Society.
Louise enjoyed reading, gardening and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her daughter, Dr. David (Janice) Champion of Slippery Rock, PA and her son, Robert (Rita) Wray of DuBois, PA, a sister, Elaine “Tyke” Amon of Milton, PA and two grandchildren, Laura Wissinger and Kevin Wissinger.
Visitation will be held on May 16 from 2-6 p.m. at the Goble Baronick Funeral Home.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday evening at 6 p.m. from the Goble Baronick Funeral Home with Pastor Robert Zilhaver officiating.
Burial will be in Morningside Cemetery.
