BELLEFONTE – According to Gant news partner WJACTV, Jerry Sandusky is getting some of the information his lawyers sought through subpoenas, but the judge isn’t allowing the broad requests for all information related to accusers in his child sexual abuse case.
An order issued by Judge John Cleland on Thursday gives Sandusky access to reports or documents regarding his conduct from the charity for at-risk youths Sandusky founded. The Second Mile was also directed to give Sandusky complaints about his misconduct or “inappropriate actions.”
The judge says Juniata College has to provide a Sandusky background investigation for a coaching job. The college is able to black out references to the names of those who were interviewed.
The order comes a day after oral argument on the subpoenas. Cleland didn’t rule on a defense request for a trial delay.
