In recognition of National Library Week, April 8-14, the Joseph & Elizabeth Shaw Public Library hosted a photography contest for all area young adults. Students in grades 6 through 12 entered theirClearfieldCountyphotographs in the first ever Picture This! photography contest. With 15 exceptional entries, local judges had a difficult time choosing a winner in the categories of black and white, color, and digitally altered. A reception was held to honor all photographers and winners on April 9. All photographs will remain on display for the remainder of the week, and a list of winners is posted at the library.
