FALLS CREEK BOROUGH – A 25-year-old Falls Creek man was arrested for a protection from abuse order violation that had occurred from 12 p.m. Dec. 25, 2011 through 3 p.m. Thursday in Falls Creek Borough, Jefferson County.
While investigating an incident, the DuBois-based state police discovered that Daniel M. Toney, 25, of Falls Creek was living with a 21-year-old Falls Creek woman. This was in violation of an active PFA order.
Toney was placed under arrest and arraigned. His bail was set at $10,000, state police said.
