Police Report: Curwensville Borough

— Police report a crash that occurred Saturday evening on River Street. A Curwensville motorist was operating a GMC SUV on River Street and was stopped at a red signal. A Jeep SUV operated by a Clearfield woman failed to stop and struck the rear of the GMC causing minor damage. The woman operating the Jeep was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was placed under arrest.
— Police responded to Locust Street Apartments on Sunday for a man requesting help. The man was transported to Clearfield Hospital for evaluation.
— A suspicious vehicle was reported in the area of Oak Hill Cemetery on Sunday. The vehicle was gone upon police arrival.
— Police were called to Snappy’s on Sunday for a reported suspicious man who had been in the parking lot for quite some time. Upon investigation it was determined the man’s vehicle was disabled and he was awaiting assistance.
