Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

An incident of criminal mischief occurred at 5:47 a.m. Sunday on Logan Street in Rush Township, Centre County. A person(s) slashed the front and rear driver’s side tires on a Philipsburg man’s vehicle.
An incident of burglary occurred sometime between 5 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. March 7 at an East Plank Road apartment in Port Matilda Borough, Centre County. A person(s) entered a Port Matilda residence and removed 50 Hydrocodone pills.
An incident of theft occurred sometime between 12:01 a.m. March 2 and 12 a.m. Sunday at a private residence on Hemlock Drive in Halfmoon Township, Centre County. A person(s) entered the residential driveway and stole 10.6 gallons from the gas tank of a 46-year-old Port Matilda man’s 2002 Ford Focus. Total value of the stolen gas was approximately $38. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact the Philipsburg-based state police at 814-342-3370.
An incident of criminal mischief occurred Sunday on Carr Street in Rush Township, Centre County. Someone fired a shotgun at the door to an 85-year-old Hanover man’s camp, destroying the door. The investigation is continuing.
