Lock Haven University’s Institute for International Studies will be hosting a coffee house featuring Ireland. This celebration of Ireland has been set for 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 20 at Avenue 209 Coffee House. The community is invited to this free event.
LHU exchange student Gavin Hammond from Dundalk Institute of Technology, Dundalk, Ireland, will share some insight into his country, culture and educational system. After the presentation, there will be time for questions and answers.
Please join Gavin at Avenue 209 for an evening of Irish festivities, food and fun. Taste Irish Soda Bread, listen to traditional Irish music and make a greeting card with Celtic symbols.
