CLEARFIELD – The Joseph & Elizabeth Shaw Public Library is currently accepting registrations for its spring story session. In Celebrations of Spring, preschool-aged children will enjoy several springtime events through stories, games, crafts and music.
The six-week program begins March 26. The library is offering baby time, toddler time and story time sessions to all area preschoolers ages 6 months through 5 years of age.
Baby time classes are open to children ages 6 months through 2 years of age from 10:30 a.m. – 11 a.m. Mondays and Wednesdays. Toddler time classes, for children ages 2 to 3 years, will follow from 11:15 a.m. – 12 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays.
On Tuesdays, there will be two story time classes, for all 4 and 5 year olds. The first Story Time class will be held from 10:30 a.m. – 11: 30 a.m. and the second will be held from 1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Parents and guardians may contact the library to register for any of the above programs. Various events during this session will require separate registration, and all participants are encouraged to register for all available programs. All children will need an up-to-date photo release form, which is available at Shaw Public Library’s front desk. A calendar with dates and times for each program will also be available to interested families.
