BENNER TOWNSHIP – The investigation is continuing into an indecent assault incident that occurred at approximately 12:30 a.m. Saturday at the Centre County Prison, Bellefonte, the Philipsburg-based state police reported.
According to the report, a 37-year-old male inmate reported to prison officials that he was being inappropriately touched by another inmate, while he was sleeping. The victim alleged that he was awoken by the fondling at which time he discovered another inmate standing over him with his hands on his body.
