– Police arrested a 53 year old man for Simple Assault, Harassment, and Disorderly Conduct on East 5th St. at 8:00am. The man was involved in a domestic dispute with a 58 year old female and struck her in the face. Magistrate Ireland arraigned the man and bail was set at $5000.00.
– Police are investigating the theft of a personal check from a vehicle. The check was cashed at CNB Bank on East Cherry St.
– Police cited a 27 year old man from Clearfield for Disorderly Conduct. The man was identified from surveillance video at Bob’s Army and Navy on February 27, 2012 stealing a pair of boots. Police would like to thank the public for their assistance in helping identify the man.
