Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

An incident of DUI occurred at 2:31 a.m. Saturday along state Route 53 in the area of Stumptown Road in Decatur Township. An Osceola Mills man was stopped for a traffic violation and subsequently arrested for DUI.
An incident of criminal mischief occurred sometime between 6 p.m. Sunday and 6:30 p.m. Monday on Martin Street in Rush Township. A person(s) smashed out the rear window of a 1980 Honda Civic before fleeing the scene. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Philipsburg-based state police at 814-342-3370.
An incident of harassment occurred at sometime between 10:45 p.m. and 10:55 p.m. Friday at the Moshannon Valley Superbowl in Rush Township. A male who was described as in his late 30’s or early 40’s allegedly whistled and made gestures at a 16-year-old Drifting male’s step-sister and her friend. The male then approached the suspect who allegedly pushed him.
