James N. Frank, 81 of Linnwood, Philipsburg RD, passed away Feb. 12, 2012 at Clearfield Hospital.
Born July 2, 1930 in Philipsburg, PA, he was the son of the late Chester M. & Ethel (Hartley) Frank.
On Aug. 19, 1952 in Savannah, GA, he wed Doris Jane (Tubo) Frank, who passed away Nov. 24, 2010.

And special caregivers Sandra Hallman & Jennifer Zimmerman
He was the last of his generation.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, brothers: John W. Frank & Chester M. Frank Jr., and sister Delores Braund.
He was a 1948 graduate of Philipsburg High School
He worked in data processing for the city of Wichita, Kansas
He attended the First Evangelical Lutheran Church, Philipsburg, and was a member of the Reformation Lutheran Church in Wichita, Kansas, where he was a communion assistant, marriage counselor, member of the council, an assistant treasurer and helped with office work.
He was a Master Sergeant in the US Air Force during the Korean Conflict
He was a member of the VFW, Masonic Lodge, Consistory and Shriners, all in Wichita, Kansas.
At the request of Mr. Frank, there will be no public visitation or funeral service. Burial will be in the Philipsburg Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children, Office of Development, 2900 Rocky Point Dr., Tampa, FL 33607.
