Margaret M. Kelly, 91, of Clearfield, passed away Feb. 7, 2012 at the Mt. Laurel Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Clearfield.
Born July 10, 1920 in Clearfield, she was the daughter of Harry and Helen (Johnston) Baumgardner. She was retired from the Clearfield Area School District as a cook after 16 ½ years of service. She was Baptist by faith, was a member of the Patriotic Order of Americans – Clearfield Chapter, the Mt. Joy Grange, and the Lawrence Twp. # 1 Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary.
On Aug. 9, 1941 in Burham, PA, she wed William L. Kelly who survives along with 4 children. William L.  Kelly Jr. and Deborah J. Hill and husband Harry both of Clearfield, James E. Kelly and wife Patricia of Ringgold, GA, and Robert L. Kelly and wife Patricia of Brockport.
Also surviving is a daughter-in-law Irene Kelly of Bells Landing, 12 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and a brother Clarence Baumgardner and wife Imogene of Clearfield.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a son John E. Kelly, a daughter-in-law Judith Kelly, 2 granddaughters Colena Gay Kelly and Kristen Kelly Hill, a brother Arthur Baumgardner and a sister Mary Jane Healy.
At the request of Mrs. Kelly there will be no public visitation or services. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
