Police Report: Ridgway PSP

The investigation continues into the death of 26-year-old Champion man that occurred sometime between 4 p.m. Sunday and 11:20 a.m. Tuesday along the east side of state Route 948 in Ridgway Township. The victim appears to have suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. Police were assisted at the scene by the Ridgway Ambulance and the Elk County Coroner’s office.
