Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

An incident of harassment occurred at approximately 7:57 p.m. Thursday at a North Front Street residence in Philipsburg Borough, Centre County. Two Philipsburg males allegedly engaged in a fight after an argument turned physical. Both were cited and harassment charges were filed.
An incident of DUI occurred at 2:58 a.m. Friday on old U.S. Route 322 just west of Port Matilda Borough, Centre County. A 23-year-old Port Matilda male was traveling eastbound when he started to have vehicle problems. He pulled off the road and realized he was out of gas. Police stopped to see if he needed assistance and determined he’d been operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Charges are pending official blood test results.
A 35-year-old Philipsburg woman was arrested on a felony warrant for receiving stolen property at 12:30 a.m. Friday at a Martin Street address in Rush Township, Centre County. Additional drug charges are currently pending against her and a 29-year-old Philipsburg male.
