No injuries were reported following a single-vehicle accident at 10:35 a.m. Saturday along state Route 950 in Winslow Township, Jefferson County. Lauren M. Hinojosa, 18, of Reynoldsville was traveling south when she lost control of her vehicle, as it began to slide on the plowed snow. Her vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree head-on off the west berm.
No injuries were reported following a single-vehicle accident at 11 a.m. Friday along Wayne Road in Winslow Township, Jefferson County. Carol M. Territo, 46, of DuBois, was traveling westbound downhill and rounding a moderate left-hand turn. Territo lost control of her vehicle, as she was crossing the bridge and began to rotate in a counterclockwise direction, crossing the roadway. After exiting the roadway, her vehicle overturned in a clockwise direction one complete revolution. Her vehicle came to a rest facing southwest in an upright position in a ditch. Neither Territo nor her two passengers a 17-year-old Penfield girl and Jayson P. Territo, 20, of DuBois were injured in the accident. All three were wearing their seatbelts.
