UNIVERSITY PARK – University Police are investigating a robbery/simple assault that occurred at about 3:30 a.m. on Jan. 14 in the glass breezeway between Redifer Commons and Hoyt Hall on the University Park campus. The victim was a delivery driver. There are four suspects, two of whom were directly involved. The first suspect grabbed the victim’s wallet from his hand, and the second suspect threw the victim to the ground. The first suspect was last seen leaving the area in a yellow taxi cab, westbound on College Avenue.
Suspect one is described as a college-age black male, approximately 5 feet, 8 inches tall, with a thin build and thin, shoulder-length dreadlocks. He was wearing dark pants, tan boots and a dark-hooded sweatshirt. The sweatshirt had a yellow design on the left chest and a yellow numeral three on the right sleeve.
Suspect two is described as a college-age, lighter skinned black male between 6 feet, 2 inches tall and 6 feet, 8 inches tall, with a muscular build, short, close-cropped hair and no facial hair. He was wearing tan, cargo-style pants and a plain, grey, hooded sweatshirt.
