DUBOIS – The DuBois-based state police have located a Megan’s Law offender who had failed to register his change in address to the Pennsylvania State Police.
Daniel Robert Moore, 57, was apprehended today by the Missouri Highway Patrol. He has been lodged in the Warren County Missouri Jail and is pending extradition.
According to a previous GantDaily.com report, Moore vacated his residence along state Route 28 in Snyder Township sometime between Dec. 21 and Dec. 29. He failed to register his new address.
By law, he’s required to register a new address within 48 hours of its change, state police said.
