CLEARFIELD – An Ansonville man facing charges of indecent assault and corruption of minors was in Centralized Court on Wednesday.
Jeffrey L. Strong of Ansonville, faces charges of corruption of minors, indecent exposure and criminal attempt to commit indecent assault.
According to court records, police interviewed the alleged victim on Dec. 26, 2011. She told police that earlier that morning, she awoke to find Strong on another couch. She said strong woke her up, and that she noticed he was rubbing himself or masterbating. She said he told her to “look at it,” and “squeeze it.”
She told police she was scared so she locked herself in a room. She said he followed her and apologized.
Strong was interviewed later tha day. Court records indicate that Strong recalled masturbating in front of the girl, but that he wasn’t sure if he said anything. He told police that he was drunk. He said the girl was uncomfortable and ran. He said he wanted to apologize. He also told police that he was so drunk he couldn’t remember anything.
Strong waived his right to a hearing and is free on $2,500 unsecured bail.
