- Police received a report from an intoxicated woman that a neighbor broke into her residence and stole money.
- Police received a report of harassment over Facebook.
- Police unlocked a vehicle for a person at Dunkin Donuts.
- Police were called to Turnpike Avenue for a domestic. Two people, one man, one woman, were arrested for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
- Police were called for a burglary on Clark Hill Road. Officers arrived to find that man entered the residence and fled, once detected. The 23-year-old man was later detected in the woods. He was found to be under the influence of alcohol. He was taken into custody and housed in Clearfield County Jail. Burglary and other charges will be filed.
- Police received another call for a burglay by the same person as above on Clark Hill Road.
- Police were called to assist a motorist at Lawrence Park Village.
- Police received a report of an alarm at a local business. Officers found the business to be secured.
- Police responded to a report of New Years Eve revelers firing a homemade cannon in the Bowman’s Hill Road area. Officers checked to make sure no additional shots were fired.
- Police assisted the CBPD for a report of a man being stabbed during a domestic. He was transported to the hospital. The incident is under investigation.
- Police assisted another department with an argument involving multiple people.
- Police assisted the CBPD with a disturbance on Third Street. Four men and one woman were involved in the altercation. The woman left prior to police arrival. The men were separated and the incident was sorted out.
- Police were assisted by the CBPD for a fight at a local motel. One of the combatants had fled the scene. Theother was in his room and did not wish to file charges. Officers spoke with about a dozen onlookers. Multiple intoxicated people were advised to be respectful of one another and go to their rooms or be arrested.
- Police responded to a report of assault. Officers spoke with a father who had been struck by his son. The father declined to press charges and the son apologized.
