Robert Lemoin Welder, age 75, of Welder Road in Luthersburg, PA died Dec. 13, 2011 at his residence.
He was born on July 9, 1936 in Kramer, PA. He was the son of Harry Joseph Welder and Helen (LaRue) Pierce.
On May 3, 1962, he married Ordean Violet (Tschopp) Welder. She survives.
He was employed in the bakery at the Main Street Clearfield Riverside and the Sandy Plaza Riverside. He retired from the Sandy Plaza Riverside.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and chasing the dog “Buster”.
He is survived by three children: Jimmy Dean Welder of Luthersburg, PA, Trevor Gene Welder of Luthersburg, PA and Brenda Lee (Bennett) Jones of DE, three sisters, Ruth Smith, Sarah Bell and Fran Armagost all of Punxsutawney, PA, one brother, Joey Freeman of Madera, PA and three grandchildren, Brenda Lynn Jones, Cynthia Bennett, and Jimmy John Jones.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister, Emma Landsberry and his brothers, John, David and Tom Welder.
Visitation will be held on Dec. 16 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the Goble Baronick Funeral Home in DuBois.
A funeral service will be held on Dec. 17 at 11 a.m. from the Goble Baronick Funeral Home with Pastor Charles Lee officiating.
Burial will follow in Lakelawn Memorial Park in Reynoldsville, PA.
