CLEARFIELD – A Clearfield man is in jail for the Oct. 5, 2010 robbery of Kwik Fill on West Front Street.
According to the Lawrence Township Police Department, a warrant was served on Michael Waugh.
It is alleged that Waugh used a knife to threaten employees during the armed robbery. He was unable to get any money and fled the scene on foot.
Waugh was apprehended at a residence on Willow Drive and arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Richard Ireland. Waugh is in Clearfield County Jail in lieu of  $100,000 bail.
